At Jung+, we stand behind our products because we believe in their impact. That’s why first-time subscribers can try Jung+ for 90 days with confidence. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll refund one unit from your first month—no returns necessary.

Who is eligible for the 90-day guarantee?

This guarantee applies only to first-time subscription customers. If you’ve subscribed to Jung+ for the first time and aren’t satisfied, you can request a refund for one unit from your first month’s supply.

How does the refund process work?

We keep it simple! If you’re not satisfied, just contact our Customer Care Team within 90 days of your first order, and we’ll process your refund. No need to return the product. A small 15% processing fee applies to keep the process hassle-free.

What subscription plans are eligible?

The guarantee applies to all subscription plans, including:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • 6-month prepaid subscriptions
  • 12-month prepaid subscriptions

If you purchased a 6-month or 12-month prepaid plan, only one unit from your first month is refundable. The remaining months are non-refundable.

Can I request a refund for multiple products in my order?

No, the guarantee covers only one unit per first-time subscriber. If you purchased multiple products, you can request a refund for one unit from a single product type.

Can I get a refund if I cancel and later resubscribe?

This policy is only for first-time subscriptions. If you cancel and later resubscribe, reactivated subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.

Does this guarantee apply to one-time purchases?

No, the 90-day guarantee applies only to first-time subscription orders. However, if you made a one-time purchase and no longer need the product, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

What if my product is defective or damaged?

If you received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our Customer Care Team, and we’ll make it right.

For one-time purchases, we can only accept unopened products within 30 days.

Nope! For first-time subscribers, no returns are necessary. You keep the product, and we’ll process your refund.

For one-time purchases, only unopened products can be returned.

 What if I need to change or cancel my subscription?

You can always manage, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime through your Jung+ Account. While refunds are only available for your first subscription order, your health journey is flexible and in your control.
